Kevin was able to do an assessment of our current systems, then present several tiers we could choose from in terms of how much we wanted to change and pay for to start. He doesn't approach companies with a “one size fits all” pre-packaged deal he's trying to push. He listens, listens more, and works within what's reasonable and possible, while providing insight to what the next goal can be. He's professional and provides very clear documentation to assist with defining scope and helping a manager know what's been done and what happens next.
He was able to organize and use data on our website to start an email campaign, which was something our fledgling business had never done. Next thing I knew, we had a full robotics team, the goal of the email campaign. Other companies might have much larger and more complex initial goals, and he can certainly handle more than what I gave him.
